Delicious!! It was my first visit! The sandwich was great combined with the sauce and the sweet potato fries were to die for!!

I am very picky about brisket. I was hesitate to try it, but I was craving brisket. I was not disappointed. It had a fantastic flavor and was very juicy.
TRIO CAESAR WITH CHICKEN
Had the salmon option. Perfectly cooked and the salad rounded it out.
Black Raspberry Mojito
I LOVE the black raspberry mojito! I get it every time! Plus any new seasonal drinks you have are always want to try.
DRY-AGED PRIME RIBEYE
This dish is AMAZING! It is perfectly well seasoned and melts in your mouth with flavor. I also recommend getting the green beans, as they come with bits of bacon in it and just helps enhance the dish! This is a MUST HAVE item when it comes to coming to Trio!
DRY-AGED PRIME FILET
Hands down, absolutely one of the best steaks I have eaten! The drinks were perfect, food was delicious, and our server Reagan was amazing!
FRIED CALAMARI
It doesn't get any better than this in Hays. Perfection with a pale ale to wash it down.
#4 FIRE BRAISED GRILLED CHICKEN
Chicken was cooked perfect and the bun was excellent.
